No extra blankets for the pull-out bed made for an uncomfortable night. The room cards malfunctioning during the night was a hassle. after reactivation, they still had issues. Breakfast wasn’t available on time due to staffing problems, which was disappointing. Pricing discrepancies between reservation and final charge left a sour taste.

My recent stay at Best Western Plus Chickasha Inn was delightful. the lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming, and I loved the breakfast, especially the freshly made waffles and a variety of warm dishes. The staff, especially Monica at the front desk, made me feel right at home.

This hotel was just an excellent fit for a temporary stay in Chickasha with value for price. The indoor pool was enjoyable and kept clean. Bring extra snacks since the breakfast area gets busy in the morning.

stayed at best western plus for one night and loved it! the staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast person, shelley. the indoor pool was great, and the breakfast area was spotless with yummy food. they even had a coffee station available all day! really impressed with the attention to detail and lovely decorations in the foyer.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, especially with the staff's quick thinking when we left behind an important item. Bria called us right away to let us know the housekeeper found my husband's denture cup, which really eased our stress. The breakfast was also a hit, offering plenty of delicious options. However, I wish the air conditioning in our room was functioning better. it just didn't cool as expected, which was uncomfortable in the heat.

Breakfast options were plentiful and well-received, adding to the enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we did encounter a concerning situation when we saw someone digging in the grass outside, and the staff did not address it, which felt unsettling.
